How to Make Chicken Curry

Ingredients
•    Chicken    800 grams
•    Onions     4-5 medium
•    Ginger     1 tablespoon
•    Garlic     1 tablespoon
•    Tomatoes     4-5 medium
•    Fresh coriander leaves,chopped     1 tablespoon
•    Ghee     4 tablespoons
•    Cinnamon inch stick    1
•    Cloves     4-5
•    Green cardamom     4-5
•    Turmeric powder     1/2 teaspoon
•    Coriander powder     2 tablespoons
•    Cumin powder     2 tablespoons
•    Red chilli powder     1 teaspoon
•    Salt     to taste
•    Garam masala powder     1 teaspoon

Method
Heat ghee/oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add nutmeg, cloves and green cardamoms and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add red onion and sauté until fantastic brownish. Add cinnamon insert and garlic cloves insert and continue to sauté for two to three moments, mixing consistently. Add turmeric extract powdered, cilantro powdered, cumin powdered and red spicy pepper powdered. Mix well. Add pureed tomato and mix. Prepare until oil distinguishes from the masala. Add the poultry items and sodium. Sauté on high temperature for five moments. Add two glasses water, bring to a steam, cover and cook until the poultry is fully done.

Sprinkle garam masala powdered and take with cilantro results in and provide hot.
